About Noah
Little Noah is 13 months old.
He has a beautifully mild temperament and rarely cries. If he needs something, he’ll fuss a little, and the moment you address his curiosity, he’ll give you lots of smiles and hugs.
He loves to play with buttons and fake conversations with adults. You might not understand what he’s saying - but he’s certainly confident in his opinions!

About your responsibilities
Since we are both at home a lot, we are not looking for someone to fully take over Noah’s care.
Instead, we’re looking for an incredible sidekick who is professional, intentional, and fun.
Specifically, you’ll be helping (to one degree or another) with various duties, including…
While Aliya and Chris will be extremely involved - you will help to lighten the load of taking care of Noah. You will also have occasional sole care while Aliya is running family errands or Chris and Aliya step out for personal events.
Turning all aspects of Noah’s life into fun, intentional, educational opportunities. (E.g., Counting stairs, naming objects he’s interacting with, singing nursery rhymes, etc.)
Finding social groups and extracurricular activities for Noah to attend. Making sure he is well loved but also experiences gentle (but real) boundaries and time learning how to socialize well with other children.
Assistance in establishing a good feeding and sleeping routine.
Taking care of Noah’s room, clothes, belongings, and general tidying.
Keeping the house generally clean and tidy (deep cleaning is taken care of by a weekly cleaning crew).
Occasionally running solo errands or supporting Aliya while she runs errands with you (grocery shopping, etc.).
Cooking and meal preparation is not essential, but welcome if you enjoy it!
Attention to detail, diligence, great time management, and hustle.
Positive attitude.

About your eligibility
World-class experience working with children Noah’s age. Specific educational training is preferable. We’re looking for someone incredible.
Passionate, creative, responsible, enthusiastic, and trustworthy.
Blue card holder.
Driver’s license and safe driving record.
Native English speaker. Mandarin a huge bonus.
Passport/travel ready. Potentially traveling for 1-2 months at a time.
