Wow. Barr has nothing left to stand on. Muller has called him out and he's lied about the report and the letter about his lies.
Running Through Silicon Valley
Running through silicon valley to see friends and startups is easily one or the most exhilarating things I've ever done. Love it.
Spoiler Review: Avengers
** Avengers Spoiler Review **
- I feel like this is the first time they used the academy award winning actors in the cast to their full acting potential. Many of them made me tear up all throughout the movie.
- Further to point 1, the way Pepper Potts handles Tony's death was brilliant, heart breaking, and pitch perfect. She didn't rush over like a panicked girlfriend. She handled the situation like a deeply experienced and competent wife and partner. She gave him the peace he needed
- Wow those cameos from big name actors
- Wow what a culmination of 10 years of characters and narrative arcs
Nitpicks
- Why is Thanos and his sword so strong? He can deflect the most powerful beings in existence without any stones. What gives?
- Thor was mostly annoying
- Why can Hawkeye and others hold the stones without consequence?
Pete Buttigieg Interview With MSNBC
The thing I’m working out about Pete Buttigieg is that he’s basically smarter than everybody and his special skill is actually being patient enough to help the ape like idiots around him to understand the world as clearly as he does.
Lessons From Our Maldives Trip
My First Visit To Silicon Valley
Wow.... What a memory to come up today. I believe this was my first visit to Silicon Valley. And now I'm back showing Aliya around. Full circle.

The Maldives
** Discovery spoilers **
1. I thought all the signals appeared at once at the beginning? Did we just ignore that?
2. If control is killed (ONBOARD THE SHIP) then why does discovery need to be sent into the future still?
3. The characters (especially Spock and Michael) are all going on about faith and logic but none of it made ANY sense
4. The visuals were absolutely gorgeous
5. Just make a Pike enterprise series already
6. Prequels suck - there are never any stakes
Browner....er Than Usual
Me: “Baby are you tanned?”
Her: “Yes!”
Me: “How can you tell?”
Her: “Because I’m brown....er than usual”
lol
Warning For People In The Startup Community
A warning for people in the startup community:
This guy has been relentless in tracking me down on multiple platforms demanding I mentor him. His messages we’re a bit “off”. So I apologized and told him I was a bit busy with some personal life things right now. He said he understood.
Now, a few days later, he sent me a similar spiel asking for help again as if we had never talked. He is obviously just spamming everyone with the same stuff. So I blocked him (something I do rarely).
And now this…

The Most Thoughtful Wedding Gift Ever
My brother Mitchell gave us the most thoughtful wedding gift ever.
This is a custom made replica of the flute from a “Star Trek The Next Generation” episode called “The Inner Light”.
It’s one of my very favorite episodes and one of the best episodes of the series.
In the episode, a character (the captain of the ship) goes through an experience that takes only a few moments in real time, but feels like an entire lifetime for him.
In his real life, this character is guided by logic, reason, stoicism and duty. He’s addicted to his career. An influential and important life - but ultimately lonely.
In this alternate reality, however, he gets to live out an entire, rich, life filed with the love of a wonderful wife, children, grandchildren, music (with this flute) and so much more.
In the end, when he wakes up back to reality, the only artifact left from this imagined alternative life is the Flute.
The flute represents a life well lived and loved - with family at the center.
It brought a tear to my eye.
Love you bro #brobanter

Cory Booker: 'radical love of all people'
This is the most epic answer to the question of faith I’ve ever heard.
American's Don't Care About The Russian Probe
This says so much about the Media and the US electorate. While the media and politicians are obsessed with the Mueller report, people don’t care. They’ve made up their mind and 40%+ are with Trump no matter what. The media and politicians don’t get it and citizens don’t want to hear it.
And then they report on this survey seemingly oblivious to their own impotence and tone deafness.
The Internet Needs New Rules
As the founder of the Data Portability project - a project that coined and popularized the concept - I have to say, having Mark Zuckerberg call for data portability regulation is a pretty amazing development.
Chromecast It Is!
Auto-update to AppleTV has now made Beamer Airplay support inoperable. So I switched to Chromecast. One less reason to stick with Apple.
How Pete Buttigieg Wants To Stand Out
Obstruction of Justice
JFYI for those who believe there can’t be obstruction without an underlying crime:
There are plenty of ways and reasons there can be obstruction of justice without the underlying investigation proving the crime.
Obstruction of Justice is, in and of itself, a separate crime.
There are also many reasons why one might commit such a crime (as Trump did in plain sight).
Some examples
1. He might have thought that what he or his people did with Russia WAS criminal (even though Mueller ultimately decided he couldn’t prove that).
2. Maybe it WAS criminal but the obstruction made it impossible to Prove.
3. Maybe they were trying to cover up other crimes.
4. Maybe he was just doing it because he’s a psychopath.
In any case, lying to the FBI and witness intimidation is a crime. Even if the investigation you’re screwing with turns up nothing.
Otherwise, as a criminal, all you have to do is obstruct well enough to ensure your crime doesn’t get proven.
That’s how the law works contrary to the proclamations of his stooge Barr.
